I Need Help With a Ticket!

If you are unhoused or at risk of experiencing homelessness, you may be eligible for assistance with the Homeless Court for criminal tickets. To enroll:

• Your case manager can call H.E.A.R.T. to begin an intake (213) 978-1937.
• If you are not receiving services, you can meet H.E.A.R.T. at an upcoming outreach event to connect with services onsite.

If you are not unhoused or at risk of experiencing homelessness, you are not eligible for the Homeless Court. You may access some of the resources through the Superior Court to reduce your fines and fees or you may connect with legal counsel by reaching out to one of our legal partners.
